This role is for a Senior Administrator specializing in Citrix Virtual Desktops Essentials, AVD, and Nerdio, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, troubleshooting issues related to virtual desktops, applications, and user profiles, and contributing to platform monitoring, security, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments including Host Pools, Session Hosts, Application Groups, Workspaces, and RemoteApp Services.
Administer Nerdio Manager for Enterprise, monitoring host pool health, virtual machine status, and assisting with autoscaling and lifecycle management.
Provide support for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix DaaS, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Director, Delivery Controllers, and Gateway.
Manage and troubleshoot FSLogix Profile Containers and Office Containers, including profile attachment and logon issues.
Support application delivery through Citrix Published Applications, RemoteApp, and Virtual Desktop Images.
Monitor platform performance, including session counts, resource utilization, and login performance.
Manage L2 incidents and requests for Citrix, AVD, Nerdio, FSLogix, and related services, performing root cause investigations.
Support user access management, troubleshooting authentication, Entra ID, Active Directory, and MFA issues.
Ensure security standards are met across virtual desktop platforms and assist with vulnerability remediation.
Generate operational reports, maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
