Responsibilities
- Develop scalable methodologies, software vectors, test benches, and automation tools.
- Support security certifications such as FIPS, SESIP, Common Criteria, Global Platform, and EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
- Collaborate with system architects, hardware designers, production test engineers, security analysts, and certification engineers.
- Debug software vectors and system initialization using Lauterbach Trace32 / Practice Scripts.
- Develop test benches that support a diverse range of HW/SW Qualcomm platforms.
- Develop test vectors to triage and isolate HW/SW faults.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience; OR Master's degree and 1+ year of experience; OR PhD.
- Experience in Low Level software development in C, C++, and Assembly.
- Excellent knowledge of ARM / RISCV processors.
- Experience with SCM tools (GIT, Perforce).
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, CQ).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Strong debug skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing software vectors.
- Experienced with Operating Systems Principles.
- Understanding multi-threaded and multi-core computing.
- Working knowledge of software development process (Agile preferred).
- Knowledge of Security Protocols (Hashing, symmetric and asymmetric cryptography).
- Develop / Maintain / Port software vectors across a chipset families.
- Experience with developing test methodologies to support security certification requirements.
- Leveraging Lab Instrument Automation to collect large Characterization Data Sets across environmental parameters ranges.
- Experience with Qualcomm Automotive | Mobile | Compute | IOT or XR/VR platforms.
