Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant in India to manage end-to-end business processes like P2P, R2R, and O2C. The role requires strong expertise in financial accounting, controlling modules, S/4 HANA, and SAP implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Understand client business landscapes and end-to-end business processes (P2P, R2R, O2C).
Work with General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation, and FSCM.
Handle Controlling modules including CO CEA, CO CCA, CO PCA, and Internal Orders.
Perform solution design, configuration, implementation, integration, customization, support, testing, and documentation.
Ensure strong conceptual knowledge of integration points with financial accounting and other modules (MM, SD, PP, PM & PS).
Participate in all aspects of SAP implementation: requirements gathering, future state solution design, configuration, development objects, cutover, testing, Go-Live, and production support.
Utilize tools like Service Now, Remedy, and Jira.
Stay updated on current trends and technical advancements.

Requirements

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules.
Experience with End-to-end business processes (P2P, R2R, O2C).
Hands-on experience in General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation, and FSCM.
Proficiency in Controlling modules (CO CEA, CO CCA, CO PCA, Internal Orders).
Experience in Solution design, configuration, implementation, integration, customization, support, testing, and documentation.
Strong conceptual knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, PP, PM & PS modules.
Experience in S/4 HANA Finance and ECC 6.0 versions.
Experience with the full SAP implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering to post-implementation).
Working knowledge of tools like Service Now, Remedy, and Jira.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player.

Desired Qualifications

Understanding of Country Legal requirements and related processes like VIM, CONCUR.
