  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform including Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
  • Proficiency in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
  • Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.

Desired Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II are preferred.
