Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of salesforce administrators and developers in the implementation and customization of salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy salesforce applications using apex code, visualforce, lightning components, and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
- Configure salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors in salesforce applications.
- Stay updated on salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient salesforce implementations.
Requirements
- Proficient in salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, data management, and workflow automation.
- Strong experience in salesforce development using apex, visualforce, soql, and lightning web components.
- In-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
- Handson experience in integrating salesforce with external systems using rest/soap apis and middleware platforms.
- Familiarity with salesforce lightning platform and building responsive ui components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
