Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of Salesforce administrators and developers.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and related technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
Configure Salesforce platform based on best practices, ensuring data integrity and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.

Requirements

Proficient in Salesforce administration (user management, security, data management, workflow automation).
Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, layouts, workflows).
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning platform and building responsive UI components.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time.
Strong communication skills.
