Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Sales floor team to ensure consistent product range presentation and customer shopping experience.
  • Drive repeat visitation by maintaining store merchandising standards and ensuring a great customer meeting.
  • Manage selection, onboarding, coaching, and development of co-workers, including creating development plans.
  • Drive sales by ensuring co-workers have adequate product knowledge, tools, and expertise.
  • Monitor and follow up on sales, supply, customer insights, and customer-centric KPIs.
  • Ensure Sales Location Management (SLM) for optimal ASSQ and product availability.
  • Secure execution of the commercial calendar, strategies, and workbriefs by partnering with stakeholders.
  • Plan and implement activities and add-ons throughout the store.
  • Handle customer and co-worker issues promptly and positively.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented industry (service or retail).
  • Experience leading and developing people, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and conflict handling techniques.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, slide, or transfer (26-50 lbs) frequently.
  • Ability to stand, walk, talk, type, reach, hear, see, twist more than 46% of the time.
  • Open availability Monday through Sunday.
