Responsibilities
- Build relationships with assigned accounts.
- Negotiate customer purchasing terms and conditions.
- Follow up on project quotations.
- Maintain communication with internal sales team.
- Manage Inside Sales Outreach Program target accounts.
- Manage Sales & Marketing lead development and follow up.
- Coordinate team efforts to get brands approved for projects.
- Update and manage customer data and databases.
- Manage lead generation process.
- Serve as a Salesforce power user.
- Handle sales revenue allocation and reporting.
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate internal and external training events.
- Coordinate Fleet (MIS) events.
- Coordinate trade shows.
- Manage meetings and events.
- Distribute leads and follow up on them.
- Provide backup for Administrator, Pricing and Quoting role duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- College/University degree (preference for business administration or a similar field), or work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with CRM, reporting, and contact management tools.
- Can-do, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Self-motivated, organized individual.
- Takes pride in attention to details and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time and projects proficiently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to organize broad information from numerous sources into cohesive and effective content and reports.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong follow-up habits.
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.
