Atlas Copco is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator in Brno who is fluent in German and English to manage customer inquiries, orders, and service requests. This hybrid role involves close collaboration with various internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for Leybold customers, managing inquiries from orders to service requests and product questions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Technical Support, and Finance teams for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate daily in German and English to provide clear and helpful information.
  • Manage orders and quotations using SAP, coordinate deliveries, service jobs, and returns, and update customers on their requests.
  • Assist the Sales team with pricing and availability details and resolve issues in collaboration with colleagues.
