Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed annual business goals, bookings targets, and financial objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market penetration.
- Identify, develop, and close KOB2 and KOB3 opportunities.
- Drive adoption of Flow Controls products, services, and lifecycle solutions.
- Lead competitive displacement initiatives and upgrade opportunities.
- Support long-term growth through installed base development and strategic account management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership and key decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive account and site plans.
- Build long-term service, turnaround (STO), and spare parts agreements.
- Work closely with other Emerson Automation Solutions divisions to maximize cross-business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Local Business Partners to strengthen market presence.
- Prepare and present growth plans, forecasts, market intelligence, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive developments.
- Maintain strong sales discipline and pipeline management practices.
- Ensure compliance with Emerson Ethics and Trade Compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience within the Hydrocarbon industry.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in control valves, severe service applications, and KOB2/KOB3 project opportunities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas customer requirements and business drivers.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience supporting MEA customers and KOB1/KOB2 projects.
- Experience using FF2 sizing and selection tools.
- Strong knowledge of Midstream, Refining, and Oil & Gas processes.
- Ability to explain complex control valve applications and technical solutions.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience working with major Oil & Gas customers across the MEA region.
