Responsibilities

- Support field sales through customer visits and coaching.

- Directly manage key accounts to position Atlas Copco as a valued partner.
- Oversee distributor and channel partner performance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales within industrial, manufacturing, automation, or technical product environments.
- Experience managing both direct sales teams and channel partners.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead sales professionals.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, margin management, and negotiation tactics.
- Skilled in cultivating strategic customer relationships and managing key accounts.
- Solid knowledge of industrial customers, manufacturing processes, and commercial decision-making in Southeast Asia.
- Fluent English and Thai language proficiency.
- Strong ownership, accountability, resilience, positive attitude towards change, and adherence to high ethical standards.
