Responsibilities

Help shape and deliver on new initiatives for Amazon Seller Services in India.
Form alliances with 3P partners and drive execution of program plans.
Cultivate existing partnerships to maximize their use of Amazon's offerings for sellers.
Develop and manage internal and external relationships to grow the Seller Services business.
Balance multiple priorities, develop and execute plans, and analyze data to drive inputs.
Manage and scale assigned partners profitably and ensure seller success.
Develop and manage processes with internal and external stakeholders.
Track, monitor, and improve the performance of key partners.
Implement processes for managing, engaging, and expanding partnerships.
Forecast and report business growth and key metrics, and track progress.

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business.
Ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to partners of all sizes.
Superior communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and take full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives.
Ability to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions.
Experience in a dynamic business development environment.
Experience with relationship-building skills and exploring win-win opportunities.
