We are seeking a Sales Associate for our IKEA Pop Up store in Seremban. You will actively approach and assist customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions to exceed expectations. Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, managing stock, and handling sales transactions.

Responsibilities

Actively approach customers and identify their needs.
Advise customers on the best solutions for their homes.
Keep the area of responsibility clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked.
Ensure IKEA basic merchandising standards are in place.
Share knowledge of IKEA product range with customers and colleagues.
Maximize sales while maintaining profitability.
Handle cash transactions.
Order stock and refill inventory.

Requirements

Good at active selling by approaching visitors and customers.
Good at creating satisfied customers.
Confident in approaching and talking to people in a polite and friendly manner.
Ability to organise your own work and make efficient use of your time.
Ability to work with a high sense of urgency.
Ability to take personal initiatives and work under minimum supervision.
