IKEA is seeking a full-time Retail Warehouse Associate in College Park, Maryland to contribute to order fulfillment and inventory management across various sales channels. This role involves receiving goods, moving products, sales floor replenishment, picking customer orders, and operating scanner equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels.
  • Ensure efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
  • Receive inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy.
  • Move product to final selling location.
  • Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
  • Pick and prepare customer orders within the agreed timeframe.
  • Handle goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
  • Operate scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
  • Certify all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
  • Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (up to 50lbs).
  • Must have open availability Monday through Sunday.

Desired Qualifications

  • Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred.
