Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert and consultant on a broad range of home furnishing solutions, products, and services to inspire and inform customers.
  • Create relationships with customers to provide in-store support.
  • Keep the sales floor tidy, priced, and fully stocked for a positive customer experience.
  • Assemble display products for new product introductions.
  • Listen to, identify, anticipate, and respond to customer needs.
  • Maximize sales and maintain profitability by steering customers towards top-selling and prioritized products.
  • Analyze and adjust sales space capacities based on sales location to secure high stock availability.
  • Support the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Warehouse/logistics, inventory, stocking, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
