Responsibilities
- Schedule field activities using FSM and planning tools.
- Assign engineers based on skills, availability, and priorities.
- Balance short- and mid-term demand against capacity.
- Analyze workforce capacity, skills, and utilization trends.
- Identify and recommend mitigation plans for capacity gaps and constraints.
- Coordinate and manage planning exceptions through Flex Zone escalation processes.
- Plan internal training based on competence development plans.
- Coordinate stakeholders for timely planning and implementation of mandatory solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a mechanical/electrical/automation engineer in the food industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of service operations, workforce planning, and capacity management.
- Experience with planning and scheduling systems (FSM, SAP, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
- Fluency in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within field service organizations.
- Knowledge of Tetra Pak equipment, service products, and customer operations.
- Experience working with outsourcing models and cross-regional resource planning.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and automation initiatives.
