Seeking a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer for ASSPL in Gurgaon, Haryana, to manage facility and administrative activities. Responsibilities include performing daily/weekly/monthly technical checks, attending to maintenance calls, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth operation of various systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks per PPM schedule.
  • Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
  • Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
  • Monitor energy consumption.
  • Perform DG maintenance.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, control components, Servo drives, and frequency inverters.
  • Support production in a safe and customer-focused manner.
  • Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular checks of Fire Alarm and Fire extinguishers.
  • Maintain, oil, and grease carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
  • Attend to electrical works.
  • Issue height work and hot work permits.
  • Handle minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
  • Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA.
  • Update tools inventory.
  • Maintain PPM schedule.
  • Oversee soft services activities like pest control, housekeeping, and waste disposal.
  • Handle agency staff and overall shift operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
  • 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience.
