As a Regional Manager of Central Flow, you will lead a team of flow leads responsible for optimizing outbound flow in fulfillment centers across India. You will be responsible for developing tools, setting standards, and ensuring continuous improvement in operational performance and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Amazon Central Flow Leads.
- Understand and teach detailed flow concepts related to outbound flow operations.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures related to OB Flow Operations.
- Monitor performance of FCs attributable to Central Flow and take corrective steps.
- Remove barriers for Central Flow Leads by developing tools and automating manual processes.
- Monitor and audit if standard processes are followed for every FC.
- Connect with multiple FCs to address concerns, escalations or provide daily reports.
- Communicate policies to associates and act as the primary information source.
- Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques.
- 2+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
