Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and develop direct reports, ensuring performance standards, measurable priorities, and career development plans.
- Drive culture, values, and behavior consistent with an "exceptional" GWS team and identify best practices for continuous development.
- Oversee the budgetary execution for the region, authorize spending, make business cases for budget approval, and socialize the budget with stakeholders.
- Partner with business group leaders, finance controllers, and internal partners to align the portfolio with business and financial requirements.
- Oversee and guide the team in construction and real estate project management, including letters of intent and contract negotiations.
- Ensure contracts are signed and the compliance process is followed.
- Deliver strategic lifecycle planning for employee services and facilities management, partnering with vendors to drive strategic initiatives.
- Engage with and manage the relationship and performance with service providers on a quarterly basis, establishing goals and tracking KPIs.
- Review location assessment results and recommendations, oversee strategic acquisition opportunities, and facilitate executive proposals.
- Program manage and own a complex portfolio of regional real estate activities, leading the team in evaluations, selection, development, and management of real estate transactions.
- Provide oversight and guidance of all broker transactions, reviewing and approving projects and complex acquisition agreements.
- Create an environment that fosters the team to deliver against safety and regulation policies, ensuring safety is a top priority.
- Motivate others to grow and apply their business expertise, creating and reviewing high-level strategy for the region.
- Present technical knowledge for internal and industry groups as a real estate expert leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 7+ years relevant experience OR 10+ years equivalent experience.
- 7+ years people management experience.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Project management, or a related field AND 10+ years Portfolio Management, Real Estate, or Office Management experience OR 15+ years equivalent experience.
