Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their team in Winston Salem, NC. This hybrid role requires 2-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience, proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems, and strong sourcing skills. The position involves full-desk recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute recruiting plans for all open positions.
  • Screen qualified applicants through interviews (phone, video, face-to-face).
  • Source resumes using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS.
  • Manage full-desk recruitment activities from intake to onboarding.
  • Complete preboarding, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes.
  • Develop and maintain an outreach presence for recruiting through community involvement and online networks.
  • Contribute to Amarr’s digital marketing and branding strategy for recruitment.
  • Research and implement process improvements for recruitment and job cycle times.
  • Maintain and report key performance metrics (KPM’s) of recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate multiple activities with thorough and on-time deliverables.
  • Balance multiple openings and re-prioritize according to changing business needs.
  • Attend and/or implement recruitment events, including Job Fairs and Open Houses, with possible travel.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience required, preferably in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
  • Experience working with ATS & HRIS systems required.
  • Ability to work a non-standard schedule, including nights and weekends as necessary.
  • Ability to travel nationwide with extended overnight travel as needed (up to 20%).

Desired Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ADP and/or SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Experience sourcing through Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
