Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects including new platform or subsystem projects, new features, aesthetic design, cost reduction, quality improvement, and standardization.
- Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Support and drive projects from definition to series production approval.
- Report in CP-meetings/steering team meetings.
- Create investment requests when applicable.
- Ensure assured safety and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Ability to support Technical Development and Product Industrialization Builds.
- Good written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in numeracy, reporting, and presenting.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects and self-manage workload.
- Ability to work with and build relationships with people at all levels within the organization.
- Ability to work autonomously in a cross-functional matrix organization.
- Ability to create an efficient team environment and drive the team and project meetings.
- Fit in intercultural collaboration and adapt communication to different cultures.
- Results-oriented with a focus on innovation and intellectual property.
- Degree in Engineering / equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Project Leader in R&D Product Development.
- Proficiency in English.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification is preferred.
