Responsibilities

Leading a team of R&D engineers working on mechanical design of electrical motors and generators.
Leading and coaching team members for high-level performance and developing their competences.
Leading product maintenance or new product development project teams.
Team resource allocation planning and follow-up.
Ownership of dedicated products’ mechanical structure and dimensions.
Collaborate with x-function in daily working environment.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
Basic English language skills.
Proficiency in Office programs.
Personality traits: Ownership, Proactive, Good communication and team work skills, willingness and capability to learn.
Good leadership and collaboration skills.
Good planning and organization skills.
A proactive and systematic way of working.
Ability to support and motivate your team.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

Desired Qualifications

Work experience in product development is an advantage.
Experience in Lean and Agile methodology is appreciated.
Know-how of Lean Six Sigma is appreciated.
