The Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team in Hyderabad is seeking a Transportation Quality Specialist. This role provides first-level support for driver and delivery programs, requiring fluency in Spanish (B2+ certification). Responsibilities

Act as first level support for driver and delivery related programs.
Analyze basic case level inputs to identify predictors/causes of business related problems.
Improve delivery and customer experience through case-level corrections.
Identify and highlight areas of opportunity to managers.
Collaborate with multiple intra-space resources as needed.
Perform basic analyses to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct root-cause analyses when data is available.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish (B2+ certification).
Detail-oriented with superior verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Ability to identify problems before they happen and implement solutions.
Ability to make sound judgments and improve customer experience.

Desired Qualifications

Analyze basic case level inputs and identify predictors/causes of business related problems.
Improve delivery and customer experience by case-level corrections.
Identify and uncover areas of opportunity and highlight the same to managers.
Collaborate with intra-space multiple resources as per need and carry out basic needed analyses to help ensure efficiency and effectiveness of programs.
