The Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team is seeking a Transportation Quality Specialist fluent in Brazilian Portuguese to provide first-level support for transportation services and operational issues. This role involves performing audits, identifying patterns, contributing to process improvements, and meeting business metrics in a rotational shift environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual audits and resolve outliers/exceptions by listening to calls and transcribing text from calls, email, chat, messages.
- Identify emerging patterns in audits and contribute to process/program improvements.
- Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks as per SOP and SLA.
- Systematically escalate problems to relevant owners/teams.
- Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
- Meet business metrics and goals (SLA, productivity, quality, utilization).
- Understand performance metrics for driving business goals.
- Work in a collaborative environment and contribute to team/program growth.
- Develop a global perspective on Amazon's operations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (Minimum CEFR - B2+).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10-24 months of work experience.
- Good communication skills for facilitating translated information flow (Brazilian Portuguese to English and vice-versa).
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to identify problems before they happen and implement solutions.
- Ability to make sound judgments and work to improve customer experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Analyze basic case level inputs and identify predictors/causes of business related problems.
- Improve delivery/customer experience by case-level corrections.
- Identify and uncover areas of opportunity and highlight them to managers.
- Collaborate with multiple resources and carry out basic analyses to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform root-cause analyses when needed, subject to data availability.
