Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer complaints and quality losses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Own production process KPIs, including planning, monitoring, control, and follow-up.
  • Execute the Daily Management System with the production team to identify and eliminate process deviations.
  • Ensure the functionality and reliability of inline defect control systems (Barrier Systems).
  • Prepare analyses and lead quality improvement teams using WCM methodologies like FMEA, 12-Step KAIZEN, and DMAIC.
  • Optimize and monitor daily quality inspections to support a zero-loss system.
  • Prepare and conduct weekly quality meetings with shift teams.
  • Lead and implement global projects and standards.

Requirements

  • Completed or about to complete a Master's degree, Advanced Science degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent.
  • Strong professional personality with the ability to build and leverage networks.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and eagerness to tackle challenges.
  • Ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world business and operational challenges.
  • Performance-driven, results-oriented, with strong technical interest and analytical skills.
  • Communicative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English language skills.

  • Experience related to automation is considered an advantage.
