We are seeking an experienced PtP Team Lead for our Krakow office to manage the Accounts Payable team. This role involves leading up to 10 accountants, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing, and supporting finance operations transformation in a complex, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Support a team manager in performing day-to-day accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and management of a team of up to 10 accountants.
- Act as the main point of contact for issues and queries related to the PtP Team Lead's scope.
- Coordinate day-to-day invoice payment operations processing.
- Oversee the month-end closure process and supplier master data management.
- Ensure achievement of KPIs for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of invoice and payment processing.
- Oversee and resolve aging invoices and payments.
- Ensure on-time and error-free AP and PO sub ledger close.
- Assist with documenting procedures and periodical review of documents.
- Conduct quality control audits and evaluate work standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Previous experience in people management.
- Excellent communication and numeric skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing business demands, deadlines, and priorities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Motivated individual with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in working with Movex/M3 will be a strong asset.
