Responsibilities
- Adapt to support new Customer Centers and sales teams with evolving tasks and upcoming projects.
- Expand support for new initiatives and Customer Centers as the business grows.
- Create accurate and timely quotations for all types of products and services.
- Follow up on pending quotations to support sales conversion and pipeline progress.
- Assign qualified prospects to the appropriate sales representatives or teams.
- Provide administrative support to free up time for sales engineers.
- Transcribe incoming calls and enter relevant notes into the CRM system to ensure accurate records and reduce the administrative burden on Sales.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Proposal Engineer or in a related technical sales position.
- Strong expertise in technical proposal development with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Proficiency in relevant technical software and tools is highly valued.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance enhances candidate suitability.
