Responsibilities

  • Provide project administrative services at the business level.
  • Perform project administrative activities daily.
  • Provide backup support to the team during high workloads.
  • Coordinate project delivery activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with contractual requirements.
  • Manage procurement, resource coordination, and supplier engagement to support efficient project execution.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and schedules, providing accurate reporting and recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain project financials, invoicing, SAP updates, and documentation, ensuring accurate records and successful project closure.

Requirements

  • Highly skilled in Contract Management and SAP.
  • 10 years of experience in Project Administration.
  • Highly adept in Financial Analysis, Cost Control, Contract Management, Risk Mitigation, Cash Flow Management, SAP ERP (PS, SD, CS), Microsoft Office, Stakeholder Communication, Budget Planning, Report Analysis, ABB BOL.
  • Degree or demonstrated track record in Business Administration and Finance.
