Alstom is seeking a full-time Project Planning Manager (PrPM) in Chorzów to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of complex projects. This role involves creating and updating project schedules, conducting critical path analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has higher education, experience in project management methodologies, and proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Create, follow up on, and update project schedules for all options in firm and forecast status.
  • Oversee synchronization of planning processes within the project.
  • Conduct systematic critical path analyses to identify risks impacting project schedules.
  • Contribute to regular reporting within project and site organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project management, engineering, production) to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Implement best practices in project time management.

Requirements

  • Higher education, preferably in a technical or managerial field.
  • Professional experience in the industry.
  • Knowledge of project management and industrial production processes.
  • Proficiency in English (good to advanced level).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, IPMA, Prince2).
  • Experience as a member of a project core team or as a project manager.
  • Proficiency with IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project.
