Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead project kick-off and regular status meetings.
- Track progress and report on project milestones.
- Coordinate tasks across engineering, supply chain, and other teams.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.
- Oversee project delivery, installation, and handover to the customer.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and/or 5 or more years of capital equipment project management experience.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a similar certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform simple to moderate process and analytical analysis.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Project or equivalent project management software.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on the shop floor (steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs).
- Frequent attendance on the shop floor.
- Exposure to outside weather conditions on the shop floor.
- Ability to work in a loud environment on the shop floor.
