Responsibilities
- Lead IT Strategy, M&A Integration & Separation, TSA planning, governance, execution, and business and technology transformation programs.
- Manage PMO activities including governance, integrated planning, executive reporting, stakeholder management, RAID management, and workstream coordination.
- Perform IT due diligence, current-state assessments, dependency analysis, Day-1 readiness planning, TSA management, and integration/separation planning activities.
- Execute transition activities across applications, infrastructure, data, security, and business workstreams while managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall program delivery.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define target-state solutions, drive issue resolution, monitor execution progress, and achieve integration and separation objectives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT Strategy, M&A, TSA & Program Management
- Experience in leading IT Strategy, M&A Integration & Separation, TSA planning, governance, execution, and transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing PMO activities including governance, integrated planning, executive reporting, stakeholder management, RAID management, and workstream coordination.
- Experience performing IT due diligence, current-state assessments, dependency analysis, Day-1 readiness planning, TSA management, and integration/separation planning.
- Experience executing transition activities across applications, infrastructure, data, security, and business workstreams.
- Must have worked on at least 2-3 engagements.
