Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects for new platforms, subsystems, features, product design, cost reduction, safety improvements, quality enhancements, standardization, and innovation.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Drive projects from definition through production approval.
- Present progress and results in steering committee meetings.
- Organize testing activities and pilot production runs.
- Apply project and quality management tools like FMEA, quality plans, test plans, and corrective action tracking.
- Ensure project targets and milestones are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanical or electrical engineer, with at least 2 years as a project lead.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in matrix and cross-functional organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting capabilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and impact.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project planning methodologies, FMEA, quality plans, test plans, and corrective action tracking.
