Project Lead

Job Summary

To create| assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end consultancy for migrating applications from legacy solutions to strategic central platforms.
• Track and monitor migration progress, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with IT Application Owners and Authentication Engineering teams to plan and execute migrations.
• Identify technical gaps and provide hands-on support where required.
• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Information Security standards and guidelines throughout the migration lifecycle

Skill Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of Information Security processes, especially Identity & Access Management.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including application onboarding and issue troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of authentication technologies such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and Active Directory (AD).

• Experience in implementing LDAP and Active Directory-based authentication mechanisms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and suggest solutions.

• Experience working in large-scale IT environments with processes such as:

• Change Management

• IT Application Management

• IT Operations

• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix-based organization.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving technologies.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.

• Strong team player with a proactive learning attitude
