Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Track project execution against plan, proactively identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
Communicate project status, milestones, and key risks to internal stakeholders and senior leadership with clarity and transparency.
Represent R&D in customer engagements, ensuring alignment on commitments, execution plans, and delivery expectations.
Evaluate and manage change requests and technical issues reported by customers, coordinating timely and effective responses.
Manage product updates triggered by silicon process updates, design updates, and customer feedback.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Ensure adherence to quality management system processes and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and innovative working environment.

Requirements

A degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in customer-facing project or program management roles within an engineering environment.
Strong ability to manage customer expectations and communicate complex technical topics clearly and concisely.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project preferred) and issue-tracking systems such as Jira.
Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.
Familiarity with the development process for Mixed-Signal IP, SoC, or ASIC development programs.
Understanding of quality management system (QMS) processes and procedures.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
