Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of project engineering managers delivering Mixed-Signal IP and semiconductor development projects.
- Track and analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor project health in real time, spotting early warning signs and guiding teams to course-correct.
- Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to senior management.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management.
- Drive process innovation and consistency across the project management function.
- Support project managers in high-stakes customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in project management, program management, or technical delivery roles, ideally in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
- Proven track record leading teams of project managers or technical program managers.
- Deep experience managing customer expectations and navigating difficult conversations.
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience adhering to quality management system processes and procedures is a strong plus.
- Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
