Responsibilities

  • Manage project/program configuration and ensure controlled changes throughout the lifecycle.
  • Lead CCM activities and ensure team compliance with CCM processes.
  • Establish and maintain the Configuration Management Plan, including roles and responsibilities.
  • Ensure application of CCM tools and manage access rights.
  • Escalate CCM-related risks or issues and report on performance indicators.
  • Execute CCM audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage a team of Configuration and Change Managers, if applicable.
  • Perform Configuration Management activities like monitoring item accuracy and preparing Configuration Strategies.
  • Perform Change Management activities, including organizing Change Boards and facilitating event management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of Configuration and Change Management processes.
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle management and configuration tools.
  • Familiarity with standards and regulations related to configuration and change management.
  • A relevant certification in Configuration or Change Management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
