ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Project and Key Accounts Manager in the Western US. This role involves leading the delivery of building technology and software solutions, managing projects from planning through operations, and serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts. Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Building Technology Solutions professional services and software solutions.
Manage projects from planning and construction through facility operations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, coordinating field service activities.
Support key accounts and ensure successful implementation of software solutions.
Facilitate related project product sales.
Collaborate with customers, field technicians, sales teams, channel partners, and software developers.
Drive project execution, software adoption, account growth, and customer satisfaction.
Identify new opportunities and manage contracts and customer relationships.
Manage and execute professional services projects, field activities, and site-based consulting engagements.
Perform and oversee field-based inspections, surveys, audits, inventory programs, and consulting engagements.
Lead fire, smoke, egress, and door opening assessments.
Coordinate field resources to ensure consistent nationwide project delivery.
Recruit, train, manage, and oversee field resources.
Deliver training, onboarding, and ongoing support for related software solutions.
Partner with internal sales teams and external customers to drive software adoption and business growth.
Provide customer insights and feedback for software enhancements and service innovation.

Requirements

Professional selling and demand generation skills.
Proven presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Self-starter, active listener, with strong negotiation skills.
Ability to read, interpret, and review CSI MasterFormat Division 08 architectural specifications and construction documents.
Understanding of fire, life safety, accessibility, and model building codes in relation to door and hardware specifications.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and follow-up habits.
Ability to meet multiple project deadlines and exercise effective time management.
Goal-oriented and results-driven.
Ability to work and perform responsibilities in the field at construction sites and end-user facilities.
Ability to travel upon request (50-75% travel required).
Reasonable proximity to a major airport.
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

Desired Qualifications

College/University degree (preference for specialization in architectural, engineering, construction science/management, business, or similar), or work experience commensurate with a minimum high school/GED diploma.
At least 2-3 years’ industry related experience in construction project management experience is preferred.
Architectural and construction industry-related experience, including door and hardware applications and specifications and software training and support, is a plus.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Above average working knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture® software preferred.
Familiarity of construction management software applications is a plus.
