Responsibilities
- Lead large, strategic projects/programs within Amazon Business Units and across geographies.
- Build relationships and partner across cross-functional teams to build and execute new initiatives and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and partners to deliver on project goals.
- Coordinate a portfolio of programs from inception to delivery.
- Define and implement metrics to measure performance across procurement, operations, and transportation logistics.
- Compile, manage and report on weekly project metrics.
- Lead meetings to align on project requirements.
- Communicate program status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership regularly.
- Provide program insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Communicate efficiently with internal and external partners to drive process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience managing service providers and vendors
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 5+ years of driving process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
