Responsibilities

Lead the development of a goal commitment strategy for the Seller Experience Improvement team.
Build a quality project roadmap.
Prepare strategic recommendations and program updates for senior leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design mechanisms for timely and effective program execution.
Serve as a visible champion of Amazon's customer-centric culture.
Advocate for Finance's needs and use data and technology to anticipate and exceed them.

Requirements

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level.
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Desired Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
Thrives in ambiguity.
Moves with urgency.
Brings an entrepreneurial mindset to solving complex problems.
Operates independently and resourcefully, delivering results with minimal direction while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
Excels at multi-tasking and problem-solving, including in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
Builds structure where none exists, with a track record of delivering in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
Remains adaptable to shifting priorities while keeping selling partner quality as the north star.
