Responsibilities

Ensure successful migration from transition phase to steady-state operations of Infrastructure and Cloud Transition.
Manage Service Desk & End User Computing (EUC) transitions.
Oversee ITSM & Process Management during transitions.
Manage stakeholders and customers effectively during transitions.
Ensure Risk & Compliance Management throughout transitions.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in project management experience with IT Infrastructure Services, Cloud, Data Center, End User Computing (EUC), Service Desk, and IT Service Management.
PMP (Project Management Professional) – PMI certification.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
Strong expertise in project and program management methodologies.
Experience managing large-scale infrastructure and workplace transitions.
Proficiency in project planning, reporting, budgeting, and governance.
Strong understanding of project management delivery models.
Data Center Operations knowledge.
Server, Storage, Backup Technologies knowledge.
Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) knowledge.
Hybrid Infrastructure Environments knowledge.
Service Desk Setup and Operational Frameworks knowledge.
End User Computing (EUC) Services knowledge.
Network Infrastructure Fundamentals knowledge.
IT Infrastructure Support Models knowledge.
ITSM Knowledge.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Strong presentation and executive communication abilities.
Proven people leadership and cross-functional team management experience.
Ability to work in global and matrix environments.
Experience leading transitions valued at multi-million-dollar managed services engagements.
Successful delivery of Data Center, Cloud, Workplace, and Service Desk transitions.
Experience working with global customers across multiple geographies.
Exposure to transformation and modernization programs.
Experience in ServiceNow and enterprise ITSM platforms.

Desired Qualifications

ITIL Foundation / ITIL Intermediate (Preferred)
Microsoft Azure Administrator / Architect (Preferred)
AWS Solutions Architect (Preferred)
PRINCE2 Practitioner (Optional)
