Responsibilities

Design and build data pipelines, dashboards, and metrics using SQL, Excel, and AI tools to provide actionable visibility into selection throughput and item data quality across global stores.
Partner with compliance, localization, catalog, and product teams across multiple countries to identify and remove barriers to selection growth, improving the speed and volume of selection onboarded.
Drive programs to improve item data quality — titles, descriptions, attributes, and images — to directly impact product discoverability, conversion, and sales for customers worldwide.
Coordinate with global stakeholders to align priorities, define roadmaps, and communicate progress through clear narratives and automated reporting for leadership audiences.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and introduce scalable mechanisms that improve operational efficiency across the selection and sales funnel.

Requirements

6+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Desired Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
