- Plan production to optimize resources and output.
- Contribute to team reporting and decision-making.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in an operational role in food manufacturing.
- Strong quality and safety awareness.
- Familiarity with CIP, hygiene, dairy H&S and product quality standards.
- Competent with production systems and PC skills.
- Lean awareness and understanding of milk supply chain and sustainability.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and quality testing.
- Disciplined in following procedures and maintaining records.
- Proactive problem solver who uses initiative.
- Quality-driven operator who upholds strict hygiene and safety while meeting daily targets.
