Responsibilities
- Execute production orders considering operator qualifications, delivery dates, schedules, and customer requirements.
- Supervise assembly and testing operators, delegating tasks as needed.
- Plan and adjust production line capacity with Planners.
- Collaborate with Planners and Buyers to resolve material supply issues.
- Allocate resources for customer orders, identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation actions.
- Participate in customer and internal/external audits.
- Initiate and participate in process reviews for continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in the hiring and selection process for open positions.
- Plan and oversee periodic training programs for operators.
- Initiate, implement, and review procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation with Process Engineers.
- Inform and guide assembly operators/electricians on production processes and documentation.
- Evaluate employee performance and communicate results.
- Coordinate training activities for team operators.
- Participate in operational meetings and suggest improvements.
- Be accountable for achieving assigned objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (technical degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production environment.
- Previous experience in leading a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective work in a global, multicultural team.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving approach, and willingness to continuously learn.
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent decision-making skills and proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint).
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; Oracle experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of ATEX/IECEx requirements is a plus.
