Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of materials, information, and production activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage internal and external logistics to support manufacturing and customer order execution.
- Maintain production schedules, convert planned orders to production orders, and coordinate data within SAP.
- Collaborate with Scheduling, Engineering, Quality, Project Management, and Manufacturing teams.
- Process engineering changes, non-conformance reports, inspection notifications, and production documentation.
- Monitor job progress and provide timely updates on schedule adherence and customer commitments.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, logistics, scheduling, or a similar function.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to learn and work within manual and computerized production planning systems.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, production scheduling, or material planning processes.
