Amazon is looking for a Product Support Analyst for its Benefits Experience & Technology (BXT) team in Hyderabad, India. The role involves supporting the design and implementation of non-US benefit programs, gathering requirements, and working with third-party vendors. Responsibilities

Support system design and implementation of 3P supported change management initiatives related to Amazon's benefit program goals for Non-US countries.
Ensure seamless transition for employees regarding benefit programs.
Gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
Understand HRIS management systems, specifically for Non-US benefits.
Work with 3P vendors to implement changes.
Conduct regular connects with internal (Program and benefit managers) and external stakeholders (Vendors, insurers, providers).
Collect benefit requirements and understand employee benefit offerings across APAC, LATAM, and European regions.
Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create test scenarios.
Elicit requirements.
Write technical specifications.
Coordinate with Employee Benefit stakeholders.
Project planning.
Schedule management for change requests.

Requirements

2+ years of human resources experience.
Experience with HR processes and systems.
Proficiency in gathering requirements and converting them into technical specs.
Working knowledge of 3P benefit vendor platforms like Darwin, TBA (Configuration, BRD, and Payroll spec).
Experience implementing/launching new countries and sites.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management.
Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards.
