HCLTech seeks a Product Specialist in A.g.nioda, Uttar Pradesh, to lead the implementation and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module. This full-time, on-site role requires 7+ years of experience with SuccessFactors RCM/RMK and end-to-end project experience. The specialist will collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver solutions and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Deliver for the successful launch of the prototype including conceptualization, functional specifications and release plan.
- Jointly perform various activities to determine the financial and commercial viability of the product.
- Assist with preparing marketing materials, training programs, and other resources for product launches.
- Assist with gathering and documenting product requirements by researching competitor offerings, industry trends, and market needs.
- Manage, guide and develop the team.
- Lead and support the implementation and Support of SuccessFactors Recruitment Module.
- Map and configure SF functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries.
- Prepare requirements, design, test documents, and solutions.
- Analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF cloud team.
- Design for data conversion, interface, and reports requirements in SuccessFactors.
- Configure/work with Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, Candidate Data models and Offer XML Templates Data models, CSB, Advanced Analytics, Workflows and Role based permissions in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Perform Imports/Exports in SAP SuccessFactors and Integration Centre.
- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors to SAP HCM/ other third-party systems.
- Gather requirements and complete RCM/RMK Workbooks.
- Perform Configuration and customization activities.
- Execute Cut-over activities.
- Manage customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree and an MBA in HR
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on SAP products of Human Capital Management like SuccessFactors Recruitment Management and Marketing Module.
- Certified with minimum 5 years’ experience in SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting Management and Marketing.
- Worked on 2-3 end-to-end implementation / support projects for Recruitment Management and Marketing modules.
- Experience in mapping and configuring SF functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries such as US, UK, Australia, and other European Countries along Asia Pacific.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- One or two industry domain knowledge
- Client Interfacing skills
- 5+ years of Experience with SAP SF RCM/RMK is a must.
- 2/3 End to End implementation Project experience is a must.
- Knowledge in Activate Project Management Methodology
- Knowledge on ITIL Process
- Should have experience in Requirement Gathering and completing RCM/RMK Workbooks.
- Should have experience in Configuration and customization activities.
- Should have experience in Cut-over activities.
- Should manage customer expectations.
- A person should be proactive.
- Should have driven to complete project deliverables and milestones.
