Requirements
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel for filtering, sorting, cell referencing, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Basic understanding of SQL for self-servicing defined queries and making simple data retrieval changes.
- Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools for managing customer data and tracking interactions.
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets.
- Problem-solving skills using logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking.
- Commitment to investigation, research, and fact-seeking.
- Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze, and communicate data.
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in data-driven business operations processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
