Responsibilities

Coordinate carrier procurement, contracting, and self-invoicing across various transportation verticals.
Onboard and set up carrier partners, including supporting expansion into new segments.
Execute and manage contracts for standard transportation, AMXL last mile, air, and rail.
Run the self-invoicing cycle, including manual rate negotiation on a fortnightly cadence.
Prepare and distribute self-invoicing reports and manage distribution of VRIDs.
Handle carrier invoicing disputes end to end.
Maintain and update rate cards, addendums, and supporting documentation.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers for carriers, rates, and invoices.
Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
Experience in a procurement organization performing vendor management, contract management, negotiating complex purchases, and bidding
Knowledge of purchase orders and invoice payments
Experience in negotiation and selling
Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis

Desired Qualifications

Experience in transportation operations and industry knowledge
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools - Tableau, Quicksight, etc.
