Responsibilities

Understand analytical simulations and assessments to make data-driven decisions.
Perform reporting and analysis using tools, portals, and advanced computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
Pull and report data from numerous databases (Excel, Access, SQL, etc.) and perform ad hoc analysis.
Develop and understand performance metrics to drive business results.
Systematically escalate problems and follow through on resolutions.
Scope business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams.
Communicate with external customers.
Provide real-time customer experience in a 24x7 operating environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics).
Experience with SQL.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Excel.
Basic understanding of Logistics.
Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
Ability to analyze data, notice trends, and drive customer experience without compromising on time.
