We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager with 10-12 years of experience to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities. This role involves overseeing enterprise-wide financial planning, managing business performance, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise-wide financial planning processes including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, and long-range planning.
- Ensure alignment of plans with business strategy.
- Monitor financial performance across business units and analyze trends.
- Identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead scenario planning, financial modeling, and business case evaluations.
- Support strategic initiatives including investments, cost optimization, and growth programs.
- Manage and mentor FP&A teams, driving performance and capability building.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership teams, presenting insights and recommendations.
- Oversee preparation of management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Drive automation initiatives and process improvements, working with technology teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, optimize ERP and planning tools, and maintain financial controls.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and support audit requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- CA / MBA / CFA preferred.
- 10–12 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or corporate finance with strong leadership exposure.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Experience with planning tools (Anaplan/Hyperion).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership capability.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Business acumen.
